On a wild and rain-swept evening, the prudish, boringly-innocent young pair Brad Majors (Barry Bostwick) and Janet Weiss (Susan Sarandon) find themselves stranded on their way to visit an ex-tutor. Drenched and shivering, they stumble into the spooky, loopy lair of cross-dressing Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry). Before long, the mad scientist unveils his latest, delightfully extravagant creation: flaxen-haired Rocky Horror (Peter Hinwood), the perfect male and ultimate sex symbol. This deliciously decadent salute to sci-fi, horror, B-movies, musicals and rock music encourages audience participation and costumes to the hilt.
