Tickets may be purchased online by credit or debit card or at the Box Office. All major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Online tickets:  Please print out your ticket receipt and bring with you to the theater or be prepared to show it on your mobile device.

Box Office: Tickets are also available for purchase at the concessions stand. Concessions open 30 minutes prior to showtime of first screening of the day.

Credits for Online Ticket Purchases: If you cannot attend a regularly scheduled screening, you may request a credit for your online ticket purchase, provided that the request is made via email or in person at least 60 minutes before the screening. Your credit will be put on a gift card that can be used to purchase future tickets at the Crandell. Special event tickets (like Crandell LIVE!, etc) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
